Our Purpose
We want to inspire kids to discover, grow, learn and live their passion.
TDJ is a leading special program centre in Malaysia, providing a comprehensive range of programmes for all children ages 18 months to 18 years old. Our school was established in 1974 by Madam Wong. Initially, the school started with preschool and kindergarten programmes, over the years the school has expanded into special needs education, psychology, counselling services, brain training and occupational therapy services for the community.
We care about providing an empowering learning environment for our young generations. We go beyond the empowering learning environment. We care deeply for all children’s emotions, well-being and intellectual functioning.
Every effort is made to achieve this continuously, with expertise in those areas. We know how to help children acquire the necessary skills for a head start advantage. TDJ’s curriculum is based on our Integrated Dynamic Learning Method (IDL). Whereby, IDL consists of dynamic learning, activity-based learning, psychological-based learning theory and holistic methods.

Meet our teachers
I have completed my Bachelor of Physiotherapy (Hons) at University Tunku Abdul Rahman (UTAR).
Throughout my journey I have learned a lot in handling special needs children. In addition, I have used few techniques such as ABA, PECS and sensory integration incorporated with my teaching. I believed that it gives a positive feedback in special needs children. I strongly believe that there are no special needs children just children with special need. Thank you.
Teacher Chitra
I’m currently taking Diploma of Early Childhood Education at Asia-e University. I have more than 5 years’ experiences in teaching kindergarten. Throughout the years that I assisted at school, I’ve learnt the skills of teaching & handling students and these skills have helped me get a better offer a TDJ Education. As a teacher and also a candidate of Early Childhood Education, I have learnt to think more creatively during my lessons to ensure that children could feel more interesting in my class although teaching is a sacred work, but the road to learning should always be fun.
Teacher Carmen
I have graduated with Bachelor of Psychology in International Islamic University Malaysia.
After I graduate, I spent 7 years in doing volunteer work with paediatric patients at Institute Jantung Negara Malaysia. In TDJ Education, I have taught kindergarten students academically and for socially acceptable behaviour by employing several techniques such as behaviour modification and positive reinforcement. Additionally, I also instructed students on daily living skills required for independent maintenance and self-sufficiency such as hygiene, safety and food preparation.
